- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of electronic charting via EPIC, experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing settings, and ability to float to multiple units/departments.
- Additional Information: The position involves providing coverage to outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. Clinical duties include administering physical therapy interventions, documenting patient information, educating patients and families, and following departmental guidelines. Orientation includes standard safety measures, HIPAA compliance, and setting-specific safety training.
- Shift or schedule requirements: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no work alone, no call, no weekends. Floating to various units/departments may be required.
