As a Physical Therapist, you may:
✅ Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
✅ Implement therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
✅ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
✅ Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals
✅ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
✅ Support patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence
✅ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
✅ Team-oriented

✅ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Phone Screening Required
Qualified candidates will complete a brief phone interview with the hiring team.
Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift Cancellation Policy: Maximum of 1 Shift Per Contract
