Physical Therapist (IP Inpatient) in Crescent City, California. Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
- Required Qualifications: CA Physical Therapist License, BLS Certification, 1 year of experience, valid CA licensure, and current certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient care, and proficiency with the Epic charting system.
- Responsibilities: Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient mobility and function. Develop and update patient plans of care based on evaluations. Document all interventions in accordance with standards and regulations. Provide clinical supervision of assistants and serve as a clinical instructor for students. Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards.
