Pay: $39/hr + Weekly Tax-Free Allowances ($770 lodging / $476 meals & incidentals) – Estimated Weekly Total: $2,806
Setting: Outpatient
Location: Maine
Duration: 13-Week Assignment

Requirements:

  • Active Maine Physical Therapist License
  • EMR Experience: CPSI preferred

Required Immunizations/Screening:

  • MMR: 2 vaccinations or positive titer
  • Varicella: 2 vaccinations or positive titer
  • QuantiFERON TB test within 1 year
  • Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or signed declination
  • Flu vaccine (10/1–6/30) or approved medical exemption

Additional Details:

  • No weekends
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • 1 opening available
