Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Position is 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient
• Treat 8-12 patients per day in 30 to 45 minute blocks
• Common diagnoses include 90% orthopedics and 5-10% general weakness and neurological conditions
• Cover acute care and swing bed settings, with outpatient comprising approximately 90% of workload
• Perform evaluations for inpatient cases with PTA covering the remaining patient load
• Minimal weekend requirements - approximately once every 2-3 months for 1-3 hours maximum
• No holiday requirements
• Clean and professional workplace attire or scrubs required
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Charting system: Cerner
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Must be a graduate from a certified school

The rehabilitation department operates with a collaborative team structure, including physical therapists, PTAs, and rehab aides, ensuring comprehensive patient care across orthopedic, neurological, and general wellness needs.
