Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Location: Kent, Washington
Contract: 26 Weeks

⏰ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Setting: Outpatient

We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in an outpatient setting. The PT will provide individualized rehabilitation services to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

✅ Requirements
Active Washington Physical Therapist License or eligible Compact License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active license must be maintained throughout the assignment

Clinical Experience
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and rehabilitation interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients on exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and home programs
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
Maintain compliance with clinical and professional standards
