Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient & Home Health
Location: Cody, Wyoming
Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday with Rotating Saturday Coverage
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment primarily supporting inpatient and home health services. This role provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care across hospital and home-based settings.
✅ Requirements
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Inpatient Physical Therapy experience
Home Health Physical Therapy experience preferred
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Strong patient evaluation and clinical assessment skills
Ability to develop individualized, goal-directed treatment plans
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Ability to work across inpatient and home health settings
Clinical Experience
Provide physical therapy services primarily in inpatient and home health settings
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Assess patients in their home environment and recommend appropriate interventions
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Utilize applicable EMR systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro
Assignment Highlights
40 hours per week
Day-shift schedule
Primarily inpatient and home health caseload
Home Health provides a vehicle for patient visits
Mileage reimbursement available when applicable
No on-call requirement
Holiday coverage required
100-mile radius rule applies — permanent residence must be at least 100 miles from the facility
