Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
