Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health in Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program; licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; current BLS certification; 1 year of applicable experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Documentation of Specialist Certification for PT Clinical Specialist.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating new patients, setting treatment goals, administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests, providing appropriate treatment modalities, re-evaluating as needed, and maintaining documentation. The role also involves supervising and training staff, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining patient records.
