Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Completion of specialty competency exam with 80% or passing score
- Immunization records including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and annual TB testing
- Completion of Oregon-specific mandatory training: Providing Inclusive Care Training for Oregon Long-Term Care Settings
- Negative drug screen and background check clearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
