Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Nevada state licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific EMR or documentation platforms
