Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist license — permanent Nevada state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
  • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
  • Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
