Minimum Requirements:

  • Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
  • Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Physical Therapist work setting
  • Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Equipment/Procedures: wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, assistive technology/adaptive equipment evaluation/treatment
  • Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
  • Experience: 3 years
