CloudinfraIT Inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Pahala, Hawaii.
**Travel Physical Therapist (PT)**
**Location:** Pahala, Hawaii
**Contract:** 20 Weeks
☀️ **Shift:** Variable Days | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
⏱️ **Hours:** 40Hours
**EMR:** Meditech
**Role:**
Provide physical therapy services primarily in **Acute Rehab**, with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF Rehab. Evaluate and re-evaluate adult patients and develop ongoing therapeutic treatment programs.
### ✅ Requirements
* 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience
* Primary Acute/Inpatient experience
* Adult experience in Acute, Rehab Hospital, or SNF settings
* Active Hawaii PT license by start
* BLS/BCLS
* Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
### Assignment Highlights
