Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Maine PT license
• Experience with adult and school-aged patient populations
• Experience with post-orthopedic, post-spinal surgery, geriatric, work injury, and neurological imbalance cases
• Manual therapy experience
• Exercise science knowledge
• Experience providing patient education, including education on adaptive equipment such as walkers, canes, and crutches

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday through Thursday
• 4 10-hour shifts
• Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekend rotation
• No call requirement
• No floating required
