We’re seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health assignment in San Antonio, Texas. If you enjoy the independence of Home Health and you're ready to make a move, this opportunity is looking for someone who can get started quickly.

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Texas PT license or ability to obtain
• Home Health experience preferred
• Strong independent clinical and time-management skills
• Comfortable providing care in the home setting
• Clinician ready to move quickly through the submission process
