  • Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization; experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings.
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Ensures all documentation is accurate, clear, and timely, following regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Maintains licensure and adheres to all state practice acts and professional codes of conduct. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety standards, including patient handling and infection control practices.
