Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role involves evaluating, planning, implementing, and supervising inpatient physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician referrals, organizational standards, and regulatory guidelines. The position requires demonstrating clinical competence to provide age-appropriate care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent; current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice; BLS certification; relates throughout the interview process their clinical competency, experience, training and education they have received that is required to perform the job.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves evaluating patients functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting outcomes, communicating effectively with patients and team members, and supervising or delegating to appropriate personnel. Flexibility in assignments related to caseload, scheduling, and staffing shifts is expected. The position also entails participation in departmental process improvement and operational activities.
