Position Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Hilliard, FL. This is an excellent travel opportunity for a motivated therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standard

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
