Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Immunization compliance: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
• Completion of Oregon-specific mandatory training: Providing Inclusive Care Training for Long-Term Care Settings
• Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check clearance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to high-quality patient care
