As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
You'll develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support safe recovery and improved quality of life.
