Start Date: October and Mid November
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts

Position Overview
Seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Portland, Oregon. Candidates must have experience in the setting and an active PT license.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 year of Physical Therapist experience
Active Physical Therapist license.
Outpatient PT experience.
Must obtain a permanent Oregon license promptly; candidates may start with a compact license.
Must complete ATI-specific documentation in addition to the standard credentialing packet.
