Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Work closely with physicians and the rehabilitation team to help patients recover from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions while improving strength, mobility, and function.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
Experience with EMR documentation
Excellent patient education and communication skills
