Job Details
- Position Description: The Physical Therapist 1 provides care to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education, and discharge planning to maximize the patient's functional level.
- Certifications and Education Requirements: BLS (AHA Only), TX PT or Compact License.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, with work hours from 0800-1700 Monday-Thursday and 0800-1600 Friday.
- Required Qualifications: One year minimum experience in outpatient orthopedics, BLS (AHA Only), TX PT or Compact License.
- Additional Information: The role involves evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients, performing clinical documentation, and effective communication with patients and team members. Supervision of support staff, ongoing education, and adherence to regulatory guidelines are essential. Proficiency in computer systems and rehabilitation equipment is required.
