13 week contract – Physical Therapist | Reliant - The Peaks Care Center | Longmont, CO | Day Shift
Seeking an experienced Home Care Physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines
Position Highlights:
- 8:00 AM–4 PM Mon - Fri
- Drive time between facilities on the same day will be paid.
Minimum Qualification Required:
- 1+ years of Home care or LTC experience required
- Active CO Physical Therapy license
- Active BLS/CPR (AHA) required
Patterns Hiring Job ID #41370-1020. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
