We have a need for a contract PT, temp 13-week, at our Life Care facility in Hilliard, FL. This role will focus on providing physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in similar environments and be prepared to make a positive impact on patient rehabilitation. Hilliard offers a peaceful environment, with proximity to Jacksonville and Georgia, making it a great location for both work and relaxation.
