Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Florida; completion of an assignment with your agency or with the organization previously is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
- Demonstrates behaviors and attitudes consistent with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values, including professionalism, safety, and ethical practice.
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops personalized treatment plans that align with physician instructions and insurance requirements.
- Maintains accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal setting, assessments, and necessary correspondence, in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
- Participates in student supervision and provides a positive learning environment.
- Engages in ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
- Adheres to all regulatory and licensure requirements and maintains licensure in good standing.
- Demonstrates understanding of the organizations performance improvement initiatives and contributes to quality enhancement efforts.
