What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an active Wisconsin license or eligibility to practice through the PT Compact
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with the rehabilitation team
• Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care
