Travel Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy

$2,300 weekly gross pay

Location: Shreveport, LA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required
• Current Louisiana PT license required
• First-time travelers not preferred; may be considered based on experience and skillset
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• EPIC experience preferred

Patient Population

• Spinal cord injuries
• TBI and strokes
• Amputees
• Multiple trauma
• Hip fractures and bilateral knee replacements
• Post-cardiac surgery
• Medically complex/debilitating patients
• Orthopedic and sports medicine
• Pediatrics/developmental cases
• Neurological and spinal conditions

Additional Details

• No floating between facilities unless otherwise specified
• General hospital, departmental, and site-specific orientation
• 2–3 days of orientation
• Full caseload by the end of the first week
• Free parking
• Pewter scrubs for inpatient; professional dress for outpatient
• EMR varies by setting: Meditech Expanse / WellSky
