Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, M-F, No on-call required
Length: 16 weeks
hours may vary depending on patient accommodations, may work weekends if in agreement with therapist and patient
Requirements:

  • MD is part of the PT compact privilege states
  • 1 year experience
  • Great Customer Service and Time Management skills required
  • Must have Oasis documentation and Homecare Homebase EMR system experience
  • BLS
