• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered; local candidates are not accepted

• Requested time off is limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days when falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
