Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license (Idaho or compact)
• Minimum Physical Therapist (PT) experience (facility-specific requirements may apply)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
