- Required Qualifications: Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 1 year of relevant experience; ability to work in various home health environments; no formal education degree required
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in home health care settings and familiarity with electronic charting systems
- Additional Information: Candidates will undergo a two-week orientation with a preceptor to ensure smooth integration into the clinical team. Candidates should be comfortable working with homebound patients and managing a caseload of approximately 6.5 patients per day. A phone and tablet will be provided for documentation and communication purposes. The organization permits up to four shift cancellations within a 13-week assignment period.
