Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, modifies, and implements treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective treatment programs. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains accurate medical records, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures care is provided per physician orders and insurance approvals, adheres to regulatory standards, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates safety awareness and professional conduct throughout responsibilities.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with professional development and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
