  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
