Description
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, focusing on evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient mobility and quality of life, while also supervising therapy assistants when required. Your expertise will be essential in educating residents and families about treatment progress and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
