Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to outpatient orthopedic patients, including commercial, Medicare, and workers' compensation cases
• Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, managing approximately 10–11 patients per day and approximately 50 patients per week
• Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including front desk staff, rehab aides, and additional clinicians
• Adhere to a business casual dress code and maintain compliance with clinic productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to work a structured 5x8 schedule across Monday through Friday, with varying start and end times depending on the day
• Ability to manage an outpatient caseload with overlapping treatment scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; no minimum years of experience required
• New graduates will be considered
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
• Experience treating orthopedic diagnoses across a diverse patient population
