Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services in an acute care setting
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services on designated clinic days
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across settings

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience working in both acute care and outpatient settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or general rehabilitation caseloads
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple care settings within the same week
