OT assignment at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, Rehab Services, 91-week contract, guaranteed 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, primary location is Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Rehab Services, 24-bed rehab-focused unit serving predominantly swing-bed patients, workflow averages one patient per hour, comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments with strong focus on treatment rather than evaluation only, approximately 2 CNAs per shift and rehab tech available 20 hours per week, large rehab gym with full lift equipment, new rehab gym with fully functioning kitchen and laundry setup, outdoor therapy available, Cerner documentation, may float to Eckerd Living Center in the same building if needed, 1 position available.

Required: Active standard OT state license, BLS certification, ability to evaluate and treat patients admitted to the hospital, strong rehabilitation-focused approach, ability to provide comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments, treatment-focused experience rather than evaluation-only practice, scrubs required with no specific color, Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ability to float to Eckerd Living Center if needed. Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience. No advanced skills are specified as required.
