Job Details:

• Location: Offsite at 100 197th Place, Chicago Heights, Illinois.
• Schedule:
  • Monday and Wednesday: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • Additional days: Weds/Thurs/Fri with 7:00 AM 7:00 PM shifts, open to negotiation regarding days of the week.
  • Two late days required with 7:00 PM closing.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum of 1-year outpatient physical therapy experience.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois (or applicable state).
  • Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Schedule:
  • Shift time includes daytime hours with a total of 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates should be adaptable to scheduled shifts, including late evenings as needed.
  • Flexibility with workdays is welcomed; candidates must be comfortable with the required shift rotation.
