Med Ninjas is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sault S Marie, Michigan.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Requires prior Physical Therapist (PT) experience
- Must have outpatient Physical Therapy experience
- Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility (no local candidates)
- Submission must include detailed work history
- Up-to-date (within 1 year) skills checklist specific to Physical Therapy required
- Two completed supervisory reference forms from the past two years required
- Must hold an active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist (MI PT) license as listed by LARA
- All certifications and licenses must be current and active for consideration
Med Ninjas Job ID #20169. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
