Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to a general outpatient population
• Deliver patient care across potentially multiple clinic locations, as assignment needs may require floating or splitting between sites
• Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active PT or PTA license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Comfort working in a multi-site or float capacity across clinic locations
