Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care rehab unit, requiring 1+ years of experience and a GA license.

Details

• Acute care rehabilitation unit, with potential outpatient exposure
• 5x8 AM shift schedule, 40 hours per week
• Schedule may include a Tuesday through Saturday rotation
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA PT license required, if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Experience in acute care rehab and potentially outpatient settings preferred

Additional Information

• Wine-colored scrubs required for dress code
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not typically accepted unless an exception is granted
• Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO policies are strict, with a maximum of 5 days allowed when not near a holiday and 3 days when RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
