Key Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations, reassessments, and treatments for both acute and outpatient caseloads
• Manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–15 patients in acute care and 5–6 patients in outpatient settings
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians and therapy staff
• Document patient care and progress using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in weekend rotation coverage as part of the day shift schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas State License in Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
• Demonstrated skill set in both outpatient and acute care settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the patient population served
• Energetic, adaptable personality with the ability to work effectively within a diverse healthcare team
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
