Key Responsibilities

• Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous IV and sterile compounding preparations
• Accurately process and dispense medications in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Operate and manage automated dispensing systems as part of daily pharmacy workflow
• Support pharmacy operations across multiple care settings, including potential float assignments to nearby locations
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, including adherence to tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility policies
• Provide care in environments that may include COVID-positive patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Experience with Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets
• Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV training with hands-on experience in both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile preparations
• Familiarity with multi-site or float pharmacy environments
• Experience in an inpatient or infusion center setting
