• Completes required records as per task assignment which may include, but not limited to patient orders & calculations; donor milk usage; dish machine temperatures; eye wash check; scheduled cleaning; etc.
• Assures the proper breaking down of cardboard boxes and the disposal of landfill, bottles and cans in appropriate waste stream as prescribed by the dept. and hospital
• Uses all chemicals only according to manufacturer directions and for defined purposes.
• Immediately reports unsafe condition or faulty equipment to manager/supervisor.
