Contract | Days | 40 hours per week | Shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist services in an inpatient setting, with potential float to a nearby facility approximately 2 miles away
• Perform IV preparation including hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations
• Support oncology pharmacy services, including inpatient or outpatient oncology medication management
• Utilize EPIC Beacon for medication order management and clinical documentation
• Adhere to holiday coverage requirements, including working at least 1–2 of the major holiday periods during the contract
• May provide care to COVID-positive patients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Active Pennsylvania (PA) Pharmacist License — must be in hand prior to start; candidates without a PA license will not be considered
• IV training with experience in both hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparation
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Must be willing to work every 3rd or 4th Saturday and meet holiday coverage expectations
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient or outpatient oncology pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tobacco-free and fragrance-free workplace policies
• Experience working in a clinical environment subject to manager interview and clinical screening process
