Contract | Onsite | 8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (hours may vary); contract runs through April 30, 2028 with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services within a hospital setting
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients
- Support pharmacy operations during respiratory season and high-census periods
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of California
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with respiratory-related medication management and high-acuity patient populations
