Play a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine pharmacy services. Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education. Lead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives. Participate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, and more. Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practice. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenarios. Participate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient safety and care excellence.
