    Contract | Rotating Shifts | 10-hour shifts (PM/overnight block schedule of 7/70); day shifts are 8-hour staggered starts beginning at 0600 | Up to every other weekend | Rotating holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform order verification, product check and release, and remote sterile compounding verification
    • Execute clinical tasks including IV-to-PO conversions, renal dose review, aminoglycoside dosing, and anticoagulation dosing
    • Cover variable inpatient areas based on team needs; must be comfortable with standard pediatric orders due to an embedded pediatric hospital
    • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians staffed 24 hours in sterile compounding and nonsterile roles
    • Utilize Omnicell ADMs, Cerner EMR, and Pharmacy Keeper for compounding and remote verification
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required (ACT 10 accepted)
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
    • Must be comfortable with standard pediatric medication orders
    • Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Pharmacy residency training preferred
    • 3 or more years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
    • Familiarity with Omnicell ADMs and Cerner EMR
    • Experience with sterile compounding and remote verification workflows
