Key Responsibilities

• Perform order verification, product check and release, and remote sterile compounding verification
• Carry out clinical pharmacy tasks including IV-to-PO conversions, renal dose review, aminoglycoside dosing, and anticoagulation dosing
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations with assignments variable based on team needs
• Process standard pediatric orders in alignment with embedded pediatric hospital requirements
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians staffed 24 hours in sterile and non-sterile compounding roles

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License (ACT 10 accepted)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Comfort with standard pediatric medication orders
• Proficiency or ability to work within Omnicell ADM systems and Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pharmacy residency training or 3 or more years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with sterile compounding and remote verification workflows
• Familiarity with Pharmacy Keeper compounding and remote verification software
